Monday Practica Schedule

7:30 PM – Tango Foundations + Open Practice
• Beginners attend Tango Foundations mini-class
• Experienced dancers may begin practicing at 7:30 PM
• Two-song tandas with cortinas begin at 8:00 PM

8:00 PM – Practica with cortinas for all
• Occasional 8:00 PM technique lesson for intermediate dancers

TANGO FOUNDATIONS Series (Ongoing Mondays)
Designed for beginners and as a structured review for experienced dancers. Topics include:

The Baldosa, Parts 1 and 2 – Dancing with connection

Cruce and Basico, Parts 1 and 2

Rebote and Ocho Cortado, Parts 1 and 2

Ocho Adelante – Forward Ocho, Parts 1 and 2

Ocho Atras – Back Ocho, Parts 1 and 2

Giro – Rotating around your partner, Parts 1 and 2

Putting it all together

Each topic may span multiple Mondays to allow time for practice and refinement. The series was developed with guidance from Matias Sotto to strengthen core tango skills.
